Mike Whittington

With over two decades of executive recruiting experience, Mike stands as a seasoned advisor, specializing in connecting client companies with elite talent. His extensive expertise spans a diverse spectrum, having collaborated with various clients, ranging from burgeoning startups to Fortune 500 giants, to successfully fill critical positions across the United States.

Mike holds the distinction of being the former #1 ranked singles and doubles tennis player in the state of Arkansas, in addition to being a National High School All-American. He played collegiate tennis at Louisana Tech University and Texas State University where he was All Southland Conference. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University.

Today, he resides in Bentonville, Arkansas with his wife, Dianna. Together, they take pride in their two accomplished adult children—Stratton, who has carved a niche as a financial securities analyst in Tulsa, and Bailey, a dermatology physician assistant based in Little Rock. In his free time Mike plays golf and pickleball.

Christie Martin

Talent Manager
Christie started her career at Walmart Stores HQ handling recruiting, job design, organizational and change management for a variety of corporate divisions both within the US and globally.

She has since spent the last 10+ years working for third-party search firms managing talent sourcing in a variety of industries and geographic locations.

She enjoys using her 20+ years of recruiting expertise to help companies find and grow talent and help candidates to set themselves apart.

A native of Northwest Arkansas, she is passionate about using her skills to impact the community and increase workforce preparedness for the underserved.
