About the Role:
The Sales and Replenishment Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth within Walmart. This role requires a deep understanding of Walmart’s Retail Link system and its key applications.

Key Responsibilities: 

Inventory Management:

• Manage replenishment for year-round product lines.
• Analyze POS data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.

Forecasting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to predict future demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Retail Link Proficiency:
• Drive efficiency and accuracy via use of Retail Link functions.
• Leverage Retail Link to monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and generate reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with Walmart buying teams, replenishment managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve shared goals.
• Proactively address issues and opportunities to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings to key stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in Walmart and Retail Link, preferably with import items
• Strong understanding of replenishment processes and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for driving results and continuous improvement.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $85,000-110,000.
