About the Role:
Replenishment & Sales Analyst to support our client’s Walmart business by driving accurate analytics and reporting around forecasting, inventory management, and sales performance. This position is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of Walmart systems, particularly Scintilla, and a passion for using data to influence results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across Walmart distribution and store networks using Walmart Scintilla and Retail Link.
- Track and report on in-stock performance, weeks of supply, and item-level sales metrics.Analyze POS, forecast, and shipment data to identify sales trends, supply chain gaps, and replenishment opportunities.
- Develop and/or maintain daily/weekly sales and inventory dashboards to drive actionable insights.
- Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through collaboration with internal sales, supply chain, and Walmart replenishment teams.
- Assist in new item setup, modular transitions, and promotional planning.
- Provide recommendations to improve service levels, reduce out-of-stocks, and enhance sales efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience/certification).
- 1–5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or sales analytics on the Walmart account.
- Hands-on experience with Walmart Scintilla and Retail Link are required; Nova, and demand planning tools are preferred.
- Familiarity with item lifecycle management and modular planning.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel; Power BI skills (DAX or SQL experience) a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits:
