About the role:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Analyst with a proven track record of success in managing the Walmart account and leveraging Retail Link. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Walmart’s unique supply chain requirements and be skilled in utilizing Retail Link to optimize inventory, improve forecasting, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walmart Account Management:

  • Proactively monitor and analyze Retail Link data to identify opportunities for improvement and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with Walmart and Sam’s teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and improve on-shelf availability.
  • Utilize Retail Link to generate accurate forecasts and optimize replenishment strategies.

• Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Analyze and monitor key supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Manage domestic and international logistics, including import/export proceses and customs clearance.

• Sales and Replenishment Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  • Utilize forecasting techniques to predict demand and improve inventory planning accurately.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and replenishment strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or sales analysis, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Walmart and Sam’s accounts and utilizing Retail Link.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
