Vice President of Sales will serve as a critical leader, responsible for driving revenue, margin, and customer growth for our US business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this leader will manage 2 Sales Directors, and be responsible for achieving national sales goals and forecasts, building and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with product development.
The ideal candidate is a sales leader with expertise and a proven track record having experience with major US retailers driving growth and profitability for their company. This individual will be a self-starter with a competitive drive who is focused and results driven. They will have excellent communication and managerial skills. This candidate must be able to balance multiple customers while also having direct reports. They will provide strong leadership, guidance, and coaching to their team maximizing sales potential. They will cultivate strong relationships with key customers, design and pd teams as well as overseas teams. They should be focused on collaborative selling with experience in market and trend analysis.
