About the role:

This position requires a candidate with experience in supporting merchandising processes, within the Walmart ecosystem, and a proven ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Participating in the entire order process; including commitments, order processing, monitoring production, order shipping and delivery
• Working & coordinating with the production team and design teams
• Keeping detailed accounts & status reports
• Identifying where there are issues with meeting customer deliveries, needing extensions, etc
• Assist in all aspects of item set-up in Retail Link
• Complete all WM form/paperwork requirements
• Consistent follow-up

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role ​​​​​​
• A team player with exceptional organizational skills
• Proactive mindset, always anticipating needs and staying ahead of challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong math skills
• Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Proficient in Excel
• Walmart knowledge and experience is necessary – prior experience with Supplier One, Supplier Quote System, AEX, and Walmart Spec sheets, Scintilla, and Nova all highly desired.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $65,000-85,000
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
