About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Luminate Sales Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in Walmart Luminate and a strong understanding of Walmart’s expectations from the platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analytics and insights in a perishable food category, delivering actionable insights, and providing valuable recommendations to Walmart merchants. This is a remote role with the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in the Walmart ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart’s Luminate platform, focusing on a perishable food category.
• Collaborate with Walmart merchants and sales managers to understand their business goals and ensure Luminate is leveraged effectively to meet those objectives.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights across all aspects of Luminate, including Shopper Behavior, Customer Perception, Digital Landscapes, Insights, and Report Builder.
• Deliver frequent, clear, and valuable insights to the Walmart team that drive business decisions and improve relationships.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Luminate tools, tailoring outputs to the specific needs of the sales team.
• Stay updated on evolving expectations and strategies for Luminate, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on leveraging Luminate for maximum value.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Walmart and the Luminate platform.
• Proven ability to interpret Walmart’s needs and deliver tailored sales insights that align with business goals.
• Expertise in Shopper Behavior, Customer Perception, Digital Landscapes, Insights, and Report Builder within Luminate.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup, maintaining strong relationships with Walmart stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to communicate innovative ideas to provide a competitive edge in our industry
• Adaptable to meet new challenges, internal and external, head-on, to help make the business more agile and resilient

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in grocery and particularly perishable goods.
• Familiarity with Walmart’s supply chain processes and merchant strategies.
• Background in data visualization tools and techniques.
