In an Engaged Search or Contingency Search, you get:
- Our counsel and expertise on the job description, compensation, and potential candidate pool. We will collaborate to ensure a thorough understanding of the job, your needs, and the company culture.
- Advocacy for your company’s benefits and culture as we talk with candidates.
- Sourcing staff with expertise in finding and screening candidates to meet your qualifications.
- Weekly recap meetings to update you on our progress.
- Delivery of screened, qualified, and interested candidates, including our notes and suggestions - more than resumes.
- Coordination of meetings with your company and the candidate as you walk through interview rounds, offer stages, and the starting process.
- Assistance in reference checks.
- Follow-up and counsel to ensure a great start with your new employee.
Engaged Search
- Our fee is a percntage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
- A non-refundable engagement fee of $2,500 paid at the beginning of the search.
- Should the employee resign or be terminated within 180 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
- Balance due 60 days after the start date.
Contingency Search
- Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
- Match Point Recruiting will be an exclusive search firm for 45 days.
- Should the employee resign or be terminated within 90 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
- Balance due 30 days after the start date.
Source & Screen
- A flat fee for positions with salaries under $100,000.
- We present 4 qualified candidates delivered within two weeks
- You take it from there by interviewing and choosing your best match. This budget-friendly option uses our expertise and network to source and narrow the candidate pool. You then manage the interview and offer processes.
- Balance due at time of candidate presentation regardless of hire.
