Exclusive effort to find the best-fit candidate tailored to your specific needs.
Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
A non-refundable engagement fee of $2,500 paid at the beginning of the search.
Should the employee resign or be terminated within 180 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
Balance due 60 days after the start date.
Contingency Search
A cost-effective recruitment solution where you only pay upon successful placement
Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
Match Point Recruiting will be an exclusive search firm for 45 days.
Should the employee resign or be terminated within 90 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
Balance due 30 days after the start date.
