Engaged Search

Exclusive effort to find the best-fit candidate tailored to your specific needs.
  • Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
  • A non-refundable engagement fee of $2,500 paid at the beginning of the search.
  • Should the employee resign or be terminated within 180 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
  • Balance due 60 days after the start date.

Contingency Search

A cost-effective recruitment solution where you only pay upon successful placement
  • Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
  • Match Point Recruiting will be an exclusive search firm for 45 days.
  • Should the employee resign or be terminated within 90 days of the start date, Match Point Recruiting will do a one-time replacement of the candidate for the same position at no additional cost.
  • Balance due 30 days after the start date.

  • A flat fee for positions with salaries under $100,000.
  • We present 4 qualified candidates delivered within two weeks
  • You take it from there by interviewing and choosing your best match. This budget-friendly option uses our expertise and network to source and narrow the candidate pool. You then manage the interview and offer processes.
  • Balance due at time of candidate presentation regardless of hire.
