A non-refundable engagement fee of $5,000 is due at the start of the search and will be credited toward the final invoice.
Should the candidate resign or be terminated within 180 days of starting, Match Point Recruiting will offer a one-time replacement for the same position at no additional charge.

Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first year's highest base salary, excluding bonus/commission.
